Bewitching Sword 2 é a continuación do primeiro xogo no que a historia se reanuda despois de busty blonde warrior Rose recibe a espada máxica. Nesta entrega, vai xogar desde a súa perspectiva, e o obxectivo será ser a mellor espada do mundo. Aínda que haberá moita loita de espadas, tamén haberá moita merda. A aventura inclúe algúns pares de cría e embarazo, xunto con tentacle violación e bukkake ahegao. A acción é máis luxosa que no xogo anterior, centrándose máis na loita sexual.
