To Love Honorand Betray Dirty is a hospital drama adult blackmail game in which you will play from the perspective of Lacy Williamson, a 24 years old woman who works as a nurse in a large hospital. You get into a sticky situation one night that ends up in a series of corruption encounters. However, Lacy is also married to the main surgeon of the hospital. You will meet lots of characters along the way, and you can reach multiple endings in the title. The 3D graphics and the well-written dialogue make this visual novel feel very real.
